All firm profiles, scoring summaries, rule matrices, and related research content on this Service are protected content owned by FinansLab Co unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, re-publish, mirror, scrape at scale, resell, or redistribute this content on another website, app, or database without prior written permission from FinansLab Co.
Automated extraction, bulk downloading, or systematic harvesting of content (including via bots, scripts, headless browsers, or similar tools) is prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing.
5. AI Usage & Accuracy
Our Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate reports and insights. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated information.
- You should verify all information independently before making decisions.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated response.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
